About me
I help people and teams move past the noise to find a clearer, more powerful way of leading.
With 15 years in tech at companies like Stripe, Google, and PCH, I’ve lived the high-stakes growth and the relentless pressure that comes with it. I thrived in that world, but I also saw how easily the pace can disconnect you from your own best judgment.
My perspective shifted deeply when I had my two children. Becoming a mother was as raw an experience as I’d ever had. While trying to maintain high expectations, I realized that the most valuable thing I could offer my children, and myself, was a grounded version of me that deeply values self-worth and personal power.
I moved into coaching because I wanted to help other leaders reclaim that lost clarity. I’ve learned that true leadership isn't about maintaining a facade, it’s about tapping back into who you are when the "performance" stops.
How I Work
I don’t offer quick fixes or generic "leadership hacks." My approach is about stripping away the "shoulds" to get back to the basics of who you are at your best.
We address the impact of stress not just as a hurdle to clear, but as a signal that you’ve drifted from your center. Whether I’m coaching an emerging leader 1:1 or helping a team build genuine trust, my process is practical, direct, and honest.
We focus on doing the work that matters, leading with more ease, less friction, and a grounded sense of authority.
