Hi, I'm Clare.

I help mid-career professionals find clarity, confidence and the courage to take bold steps forward in their careers and lives.

I create space for honest reflection and meaningful change, helping people unlock what’s within them so they can move forward with clarity and purpose.

I work 1:1 with emerging leaders who want to grow their impact, step into a greater sense of self, and lead with clarity, confidence and purpose. I also work with teams to strengthen connection, build trust and create momentum so they can achieve more together.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years in the tech world leading sales teams at companies like Stripe, Google, and PCH. I thrived on ambition, growth, and building something meaningful. But over time, the pace, pressure, and pull between work and home began to take a toll. I started to crave work that felt more human, more connected to purpose and transformation. That pull led me to coaching.

I don’t give advice or quick fixes. My role is to help you access your own insight, shift old narratives, and take meaningful action rooted in who you really are. My coaching is results-oriented and deeply reflective, grounded in honesty, courage, and personal growth.
